LA NICA BIONDA
High fermentation Golden Ale style craft beer, unpasteurized or microfiltered refermented in the bottle. Pils, Vienna and Carapils malts were used in the production. Hops: Perle and Tettnanger.
Fermentation was carried out using selected Saccharomyces cerevisia yeast.
Aroma: Malted with hints of bread crust
Body: medium and harmonious
Taste balance: oriented to hints of malt with fresh biscuits, with a dry and slightly bitter finish
Appearance: the beer has an intense golden yellow color and a slight glaze. Foam on tap: moderate to medium persistence
